By downloading, installing, or using the RedLine mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

RedLine is a mobile application designed to track driving performance data, including but not limited to:

• Leaderboard rankings and social features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

4. Safe and Legal Use

You agree to:

• Use RedLine only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interact with the app while driving
• Mount your device securely before starting any drive
• Not use the app to encourage or engage in illegal street racing
• Accept full responsibility for your driving conduct

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use RedLine to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Promote or engage in illegal street racing
• Manipulate or falsify performance data
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or modify the application
• Use automated systems to interact with the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The RedLine app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by RedLine App and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the app (usernames, vehicle information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

8. Privacy

Your use of RedLine is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Performance data will be 100% accurate
• The app will be compatible with all devices
• Any defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDLINE APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the app
• Any actions or conduct of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedLine App and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
