RedLine requires the following permissions to function properly:
Starting a session is simple: Open the app, and tracking begins automatically when you start moving. The speedometer will display your current speed, and all metrics will be recorded. Tap the screen to access additional stats like 0-100 km/h times and G-force readings.
RedLine uses your device's GPS for speed tracking, which is typically accurate to within 1-3 km/h under good conditions. For best results, ensure you have a clear view of the sky and GPS signal. The app also uses sensor fusion to smooth out readings and provide consistent data.
RedLine tracks a comprehensive set of driving metrics:
Leaderboards let you compete with other RedLine users. You can filter rankings by car model, region, or specific performance metrics. Your best times are automatically submitted when you complete a session. Only verified, legitimate runs are counted to ensure fair competition.
Yes! You can export your session data in CSV format from the History section. This includes all recorded metrics, timestamps, and GPS coordinates. Perfect for detailed analysis or sharing with fellow enthusiasts.
Go to Profile > My Vehicles > Add Vehicle. You can select your car's make, model, and year from our database, or add a custom vehicle. Adding your vehicle helps you compete on model-specific leaderboards and connect with other owners.
Navigate to Settings > Units to switch between metric (km/h, km) and imperial (mph, mi) measurements. Your preference will be applied across all screens and saved to your account.
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and will remove all your data, including session history and leaderboard entries. You'll need to confirm this action twice before it's processed.
